Do I need sales skills?

No, technical skills and persistence matter more.

What if I don’t have $100K capital?

 Running an investment company and doing real estate deals with no dollars is not possible.  However, if you have enough to sustain your operation and cover overhead during the program, we offer JV arrangements, where we use our capital, and joint venture 50-50 with Coaching students who are interested in that.  Most lenders will not lend on properties that are in eligible for Tile insurance at the time, but we are happy to lend on those type of deals in JV arrangements because we understand the business better than anyone.

Group vs 1-on-1 Coaching

 We have found that communities and groups improve faster together, there’s also an element of efficiency to group training, much like professional training, or college.  Our current program is centered around small group training and typically includes 15 students per coach.
